Abstract Submission Closed for the North & East Rebuild Sri Lanka International Research Conference 2025
The North & East Rebuild Sri Lanka International Research Conference 2025 successfully concluded its abstract submission phase at midnight on August 25, receiving more than 75 submissions from scholars, researchers, and practitioners across diverse disciplines.
The Conference Programming Committee has now commenced the review and selection process to curate the academic program. The conference will be held from October 10–12, 2025, at the University of Toronto Scarborough Campus, and will serve as a significant platform for scholarly exchange on post-conflict reconstruction, sustainable development, and knowledge-sharing related to Sri Lanka’s North and East regions.
The strong response to the call for abstracts highlights the growing academic interest in advancing research and dialogue on rebuilding efforts, while fostering international collaboration between Canada, Sri Lanka, and the global research community.
